Well, I’ve had this idea for a story for some months now and I decided I should finally try doing something about it. The weird thing is, the storyline is kind of similiar to that of Pretty Little Liars which I started to read a month or so back now. IF ANYTHING IS SIMILAR TO THOSE BOOKS IN MY STORY, I did NOT intentionally steal it! That’s pure accident, if not my subconscious reprodcing something that I read; I was kind of surprised when I started to read the PLL books.

Yeah, JUST SAYING.

Even before the police car turned the corner, I could see the red and blue lights reflecting off of nearby houses. A pang of anxiety jolted through my chest as I caught a first glimpse of the house.

Soon enough the car I was in pulled up to the curb and slowed to a halt. I quickly pulled away from chewing the cuticle of my thumb, causing the skin to rip and bleed, when my door was jerked open by an officer. He wore a concerned look on his face as he began to ramble off a list of orders concerning me going inside the house. I nodded and let out slight responses at appropriate intervals whilst sucking on my thumb cuticle. It was stinging.

After the cop had told me everything necassary he stood aside, holding the door open for me. As I stood up, I took in the entire scene within seconds, everything from the various officers and detectives gathered in circles to the yellow security tape draped across the fences and mailbox, closing the house inside a quarantined box of investigation. The tape seemed to be screaming at me, “POLICE LINE DO NOT CROSS”. I then procided to cross the police line.

I knew the interior of the house like it was the back of my hand. I headed straight to the stairs, and in excitement I went to put my hand on the rail. Whoops, I thought. Better follow what the man said and not touch anything. For my own amusement, I let my fingers trace up the rail just quickly before pulling away and, upon reaching the top of the stairs, turned to my right and walking at a brisk pace towards the small, dark bedroom near the end of the main hallway. Near the middle of the hall was a gate looking down on the main floor of the house. My eyes flickered across a folded piece of paper wedged under a stone near the fireplace, and the thought of going to grab it crossed my mind. But I didn’t have time for that — the cops would come across it eventually on their own, anyway.

I tentatively pushed open the door. I had expected it to squeal and creak like it did in the scary movies, but it didn’t make a sound. It just slid silently, grazing the matted beige carpet.

Even though I knew what I was going to see inside, I still drew in a sharp breath when I saw the girl hanging there from the ceiling fan. Her hair hung down past her shoulders, close in colour to that of the walls. And as I looked on, I noticed she was ever so slightly turning in circles.

Like a rotisserie chicken. Like a small, slow-cooked rotisserie chicken that everyone could take turns picking at. Picking at until there was nothing left except the bones.

Okay so me, Ally (Avrilpen44) and a few others have an idea.
Wouldn’t igloos on CP be just THAT much cooler if they had more than one room? xD
So what we’re doing is making a petition to see how many people would agree.
So it’d be things like a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, an arcade room, or anything ;D

Most of you already know this, but I’mma say it again anyway I’ll be refreshing (deleting then remaking) pages like “Chat” when they get too full of comments, so don’t put anything important on there that you haven’t saved to your computer (story, poem) because it will probably be deleted.

Oh and b.t.w the post before this one, the password protected one, is just a story I’m working on and I just put it on password protected because I just wanted to show some people because they wanted to see it so far, and if it’s just the prologue so if I put it on Public then people might comment on it and then yeah…I dunno I’ll make it public when I get decently far.
